Apple cider vinegar, when combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) can be used to reduce the inflammation and the pain associated due to the toe nail fungal infection. The method for curing toe nail fungus with white vinegar is as follows:

1) Add 50% water and 50% vinegar into a basin. The entire solution must be enough to completely cover your toe nails when your feet are plunged into the basin.
2) Keep your feet soaked into the solution for at least 30 minutes.
3) It is recommended to have 3 baths a day (morning, noon and evening)

Remember to follow the above three steps on a daily basis, until the problem is finally gone. Some people have also tried another technique of using vinegar, by applying vinegar- soaked bandage which is worn for the entire day. You must remember to dry your feet very thoroughly after the soaking method is completed and see that the vinegar used in the basis is refreshed regularly.
